Supportive Resources
"I wanted to make this page because, as a trauma survivor, there have been times in my life when I was triggered and wasn't sure where to turn. Attached is a list of resources that have helped friends or me at different points in our lives. They are not suggested as substitutes for contacting a medical or mental health professional but may be of additional interest, use or just a signpost towards finding what you need to thrive beyond whatever you or a loved one is facing" - Waterlily
If you can relate to the topics on this album, are feeling triggered at all after listening to the music and needing support, reach out to loved ones, helplines, your doctor or someone you trust. Take a deep exhale and, please remember that you are loved, you are worthy, and you matter. A few of the online links are international organisations, but others are UK based. (We may add or subtract from this list in the future, but if you have any suggestions you've found helpful that relate to similar themes found in the collection of our short films, please let us know, and we might add them to this page.)
